Here's how we'll help: ​• Your basic hair follow-up questions and concerns will be quickly assessed by video (a phone call is optional, but we would need to see current photos of the hair). • Get product recommendations for your hair type, texture and condition. • Have questions answered about hair care related to product use. √ Our hair products are all Canadian-made, naturally derived, and plant-based nourishment. They are also safe for the entire family and will help your hair and scalp to flourish and grow. *NOTE: This complimentary appointment booking is exclusively for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY that have already had a hair consultation and / or previously purchased hair products or accessories. This check-in or follow-up session is for up to 15 minutes MAX. Pre-payment for additional time will be required. Your booking will be cancelled if you are not a pre-existing client. We highly recommend that you book a consultation with product DEMOS to try products if you haven't already. Thank you. PLEASE NOTE: As of March 1, 2020, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be NO PRODUCT OR ACCESSORY REFUNDS ISSUED due to the on-going global COVID-19 Pandemic.
